General Return Policy
- All returns or exchanges must be within 7 days of purchase.
- All returns are for store Credits or Exchanges.
- Shipping Fee or return fee may incur.
- A restocking fee of $30 will be applied to each exchange.
- Due to hygienic and sanitary policies, no refunds or exchanges will be done for the following products: Breast Pumps & Accessories, Breast Pads, Bottles, Cups, Baby Cutlery & Pacifiers. Please note that Breast Pumps are tested before sold.
